'Yasmine Hassan is the first female to obtain her CrossFit L1 in Saudi Arabia. After training by herself for a number of years, Yassmin felt her fitness journey was going in circles and decided to obtain her OPEX CCP L1 and create more individualized programming for herself and her clients. For Yasmine, her journey through fitness has been more than PRs and barbells. It has been her first opportunity to express herself fully as a woman and empower other women to do the same.
