We can come here and touch weights, do different types of cardiovascular training, and it\'s a little more available in a group setting.\"  Gina: \"Boot Camp at Fortis Fitness and Yogalux is probably one of my favorites! It\'s very challenging, it\'s very motivating. Every week it\'s different. All of the trainers make it extra challenging for each individual. That\'s where you see changes in your body and that\'s where I see changes in my body.\"  Lauren: \"Boot Camp at Fortis and YOGALUX is a great class. It combines a lot of high speed intensity work, different circuit stations, sometimes there\'s heavier weights. It\'s usually a big group of people and an instructor yelling at us the entire time, which is great because it\'s always a great workout and we have lots of fun doing it too!\"  Kindra: \"I\'ve noticed so many changes in my body! Not only have I increased my fitness, but my energy level throughout the day is the same and I even eat better. I\'m making more healthy choices all the way around.\"'
