'Hello Guys,    Welcome to my channel Hope of life, it\'s me Navpreet. Friends today I am sharing 0 oil, 0 sugar 900 CALORIES diet plan with whom you will reduce upto 10 KG.     Early Morning drink:- take any of Early morning drink which I had uploaded before link of that video is https://youtu.be/0gIHE-8n0Fw    Early Morning snack:- 4 soaked Almonds.    Breakfast :- Weight loss Vegetable Roti with green chutney, curd or tea.    Mid Morning Snack:- Any seasonal Fruits.    Lunch:- Curd Fruits pudding.    Evening Tea:- 5-6 Almonds and 2 walnuts with a Cup of green tea.    Dinner:- Make sure have yours dinner before 7:30pm.Giving 4 options:-   1.Vegtable Soup(Add little bit of black salt only).   2. Vegetables Salad(no salt)   3. Pineapple and kiwi salad   4. Papaya.'
