'25 MIN MINI RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT FOR ABS AND GLUTES // In today’s workout, we’re going to be working the abs and glutes hard in this mini resistance band workout. Sorry for the echo at the beginning of the video - once the workout gets started, it goes away and the music sound quality is much better! This workout will tone and shape your abs and glutes using just resistance bands/ mini bands/ loop bands. Mini resistance bands are an essential and inexpensive piece of home exercise kit. The tension that mini bands create on the muscle is very effective and ensures that you can get a good workout in. For this mini resistance band workout, we’ll be doing some of my favourite abs and glutes exercises with 50 second work periods and a 10 second rest in between. 50 seconds per exercise | 10 second rest period in between exercises Banded glute bridges Fire hydrants (both sides) Banded clam shells Plank Right side plank with 1 rotation & 1 hip lift Left side plank with 1 rotation & 1 hip lift Single leg lowers Bodyweight glute bridges Single leg glute bridges (both sides) Dead bugs Plank with hip dips Right side plank 30 second hold & with leg abduction Left side plank 30 second hold & with leg abduction Repeat above exercises again Make sure you do a thorough warm up before starting this mini band abs and glutes workout.
