McALLISTER: Do you have any tips for agents? HALE: I want to encourage everyone to call your clients to discuss telemedicine and mail-order pharmacy. More importantly is reaching out to talk to every single client and just let them know you're there for them on a personal level. McALLISTER: What can we do for our older family members and neighbors? HALE: Our clients really need to be protecting themselves right now. The clients in the home are a very vulnerable population.
