'This is my video explaining how I am planning on starting The Body Beast workout. I am not very good with recording videos, so please excuse my obvious amateur results. Body Beast is the first \"mass adding\" workout from Beachbody, and i am stoked to begin this workout. It is 90 days of weight training using old school and new style set training. I have shed almost 40 pounds of fat with 10 Minute Trainer, then P90X, then Insanity and lastly Rev Abs. I have shed the fat now its time to add some muscle ! I cannot wait for the pain.
