'Brutal Booty Burn + Tabata Workout!!'

'This brutal booty burn and Tabata workout is going to be sweaty!!! The first half of the workout is all about booty building and activating the glutes. A mini band is optional but try using one for added resistance! The second half is going to be intense with a full body Tabata that requires no equipment. 4 rounds of each Tabata superset will be a challenge but just do your best and follow along!
