'Good day everyone,  Here is a new video for your rainy days workout.. A short 8 minutes TABATA workout focus on your heart and core.   This workout consist of 4 exercises only. 20seconds work 10 seconds rest. Repeat all 4, 4 times. That\'s all.  Few reminders :  -Be careful of jumping, jump and land softly   -For the roll out, round your back on the floor in rolling back and forth. .  -Do it at your own phase.
