Access to mental health services a growing problem in Canada

One in five Canadians experience a mental health issue each year -- according to the Mental health Commission of Canada -- and 7.5 million Canadians are currently living with a mental health issue or illness. Advocates are pushing for changes in the way government allocates dollars for publicly funded mental health services.
