'Begin in Downward Dog. Inhale Shift your weight forward to high plank. Exhale lower your knees to the mat. Lower your chest to the mat. Inhale press your palms and top of your feet into the earth. Lift to cobra. Exhale curl your toes. Lift your knees. Downward dog.  Inhale shift your weight forward to high plank. Exhale lower half way (elbow height), Chataranga. Inhale Upward Dog. Exhale Downward Dog.
