In reality you are good, look at life with different eyes and you will realize that what your dealing with is far off compared to what others are going through.  Tip #3 SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVITY. Your brain will only deliver what it hears and reads. Follow, listen to and ya g out with people that bring joy and positivity to your life.  Tip #4 BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. You are a strong warrior and you must believe you can do anything you put your mind to. Tip #5 TAKE CONTROL. Many of us want to cross that bridge to be a better version of our own selves. We must stop looking for approval of others that have no right in the daily decisions we make.
