Today we will be discussing the Mood Light Luminous Rouges in shades Loverboy and Love Language from the new Bougie Rouge collection by Jaclyn Cosmetics. Because we are talking about Jaclyn Cosmetics, we HAVE to talk about my feelings regarding the lipsticks. I wanted to review these because they are a really innovative idea for blush! We see translucent powders and powder highlighters, but no one (as far as I know) has done loose powders with a blush.
