'(6/10 UPDATE IN DESCRIPTION) JACLYN HILL COSMETICS First Impressions'

'***UPDATE*** After receiving some DM\'s about the contaminated batches of Jaclyn Cosmetic Lipsticks, I wanted to quickly address that here.  First off, the lipstick that I received and reviewed in this video, as of now, has had no issues whatsoever. (I have used it 4 times now and I have yet to see or feel any issues with texture, grittiness, fibers, or smell.)   Secondly, when I sat down to film this video days ago, I had not yet seen or heard about any of the contaminated batches. That is the reason why I did not speak about those issues in the footage. I have since watched dozens of videos here on YouTube addressing the contaminated lipsticks and it has really shed a lot of light on this situation. I will link a few of those videos below so you can see for yourself if you have not already.   Thirdly, while I stand by my initial first impressions of the lipstick based solely on the product that I received, I would not recommend that anyone purchase Jaclyn Cosmetics products at this time because of the public health safety risks. The fact that contaminated or expired lipsticks were sold is completely unacceptable. Until the company has fixed the sterility of their lab issues, refunded all customers who received defective product, and can assure the public of quality control with future product restocks and launches, I would not support or endorse that company.   Lastly, I hope that Jaclyn Cosmetics fully investigates these issues and insures that this does not happen again. I also hope that they will be completely transparent, honest, and professional with their customers when addressing concerns or complaints. I personally will not be purchasing additional product from JHC in the future until these known issues have been resolved, and I would advise others to do the same. I hope this can provide some insight to those who originally viewed this video.
