'In this vlog, I\'ve put together a female Muay Thai training video where Robyn undertakes her first sparring session with the teacher (toward the end of the video).  We were both training at Eagle Muay Thai in Phuket (15 minutes from Fitness street). Robyn wanted to do a private 1 hour session at Eagle where she started the class with going over the Muay Thai fundamentals.  Toward the end of the class, Robyn put on her shin protection and got into the ring with the instructor. It was her first time sparring!  Robyn is not a fighter and her background is Pilates. However, if you are a lady out there wanting to give Muay Thai a go... then you should definitely try it!
