'After sunset the heart of Zanzibar\'s historic Stone Town neighbourhood transforms into a culinary playground. The nightly market in Forodhani Gardens is a lively delight with a great variety of speciality street food - mishkaki, shwarmas, Zanzibari pizza and mix, freshly squeezed sugarcane juice with lime and ginger - a must!
