'What is the NEW Tarte Face Tape Foundation like on DRY SKIN? How is the coverage? Is it really that matte? Is this the same as the Shape Tape Matte Foundation but in new packaging? All these questions will be answered in this super in depth review. Along with an 8 hour wear test and showing you how the foundation looks on my dry skin in natural lighting.
