'Comparing the new Tarte Shape Tape Ultra Creamy Concealer (12S Fair Sand) against the OG Shape Tape (Light Sand)!  I have combo dry skin and hereditary dark circles (that have issues with dryness and wrinkles). My skin tone is a fair olive (MAC NC10 / Estee Lauder 1W1 / NARS Siberia).
