'HOW TO GROW LONG NAILS (nail care routine)'

'Hi this is a nail care routine on how I grow out my long nails and how I have maintained this length for years. I will share with you my nail care life hacks and the preparation of my nail beds for any polish.   Make sure to like and subscribe for more nail videos!  My nails here are yellow or pink due to staining of nail polish swatches that I did that day, it is not dirty or a sign of health. Yellow nails are perfectly fine, watch simplynailogical for an explanation.  *i don’t necessarily advise removing your cuticles!!! ONLY remove the dead skin. If anything hurts don’t continue as it can increase chances of an infection.   **Make sure to always file your nails in one direction only as this is important because if you file back and forth it will leave the tips of your nails weak and more prone to damage, chips and breaking.'
