'I’ve been eating a low-carb diet since 2004 and I have heard from so many people over the years about how boring they think eating this way is. Isn’t it interesting that some people seem to look to their nutrition to give them entertainment in life? Interesting. The last time I checked, the purpose of food is not to do a little song and dance to keep you occupied while you are eating. It’s actually meant to NOURISH you! So why do you care if it’s exciting, boring, or fresh with a new recipe all the time. Just eat! This meal I cooked up this morning consists of pastured pork sausage that I got from @jubilee_farms_sc at my local farmers market (@hubcityfm) here in Spartanburg, SC, fresh pastured backyard chicken eggs from the chicken coop with my 11 girls that is literally 30 feet outside my back door, heavy cream and cream cheese, and salt and spices. That’s it! It’s all I need to create a spectacularly yummy nutrient-dense healthy meal. It has always been fascinating to me how people view a diet like low-carb, keto, and carnivore comparing it to their current inferior nutrition choices under the guise of being “healthy.”While they eat oatmeal, bagels, muffins, and other assorted assundry of crappy carbage, we get to eat rich and delicious foods like this that are culinarily satisfying as well as fulfilling. That’s a combo that just can’t be beat. And then you get robust health on top of that! So go eat your gross Beyond Meat sausage, fake eggs, and sugar-infested fruit smoothies and enjoy all the ravenous hunger that comes on in just a couple of hours after consuming those things. As for me, I won’t have to eat again until late this afternoon and I’ll have plenty of energy and vitality all throughout my day. You might think it’s boring, but I call it healthy living. #JimmyMoore #LowCarbDiet #CarnivoreDiet #KetoDiet #Criticism #Boring #RealFood #HealthyLiving #NutrientDensity #BackyardChickenEggs #PasturedPork #FarmersMarket #JustEatRealFood #NotBoring'See also:
