'Stop saying unhealthy without context! Do you ever feel guilty eating certain foods? Often people do because of this depiction. You’re eating “bad” food or “unhealthy” food. Is it undoing your health if you have a bit of it? No, probably not. Is it undoing your health if you have a lot of it? Well, there is a chance it could. BUT wouldn’t you rather just see it as an occasional form of enjoyment? Look at the ratio you have of highly processed foods similar to how much you watch TV vs. live more productively (working, being active, hobbies, etc.). If you watch TV maybe 1-2 hours a day, you’re doing other productive things most of the time, it may not be a detriment. However, if you’re watching 4-5 hours, missing sleep and avoiding work, then it’s easy to see that as an UNhealthy amount of TV. Depending more on the productive food that gives you more protein, micronutrients, and satisfaction. But remove guilt from certain foods, and maybe you could see less crash dieting? However, this is my depiction that helped me… How about you? Leave a comment below - Do you agree or disagree?'
