
'I think you’ll love this workout! It’s called TABATA! It’s an interval workout - 8 reps of exercises = 1 TABATA. 20 seconds each exercise with a 10 second test in between. 8 total TABATAS (2 minute rest in between each one). My daughter is doing this with me so we are showing a low impact and a high impact version - pick your choice! This is for all ages and levels! Great for seniors and beginners and even experienced exercisers. It includes a warm up and cool down. No equipment or big space needed. ENJOY!
