'This recipe is to loss weight and diabetes thyroid etc Completely gluten free recipe Ingredients White Sorghum/ jowar/ cholam- 1 cup Red spinach -1 bunch Carrot -1 Ginger -1 inch Garlic_ 2 pods Tomato -1 Shallots -10 Green chillies -3 Coriander leaves -hand full Pepper powder-1 tsp Turmeric powder-1 tsp Jeera -1 tsp Ajwain -1 tsp Preparation: Carrot, tomato, green chilies, garlic , fennel seeds, add in a mixer grind coarsely - keep it aside In a bowl add chopped shallots, green leaves, coriander leaves , chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder, ground paste then finally add jowar powder or soaked and ground batter on it make it as pouring consistency In a hot tawa pour and spread it like dosa flip both sides close and cook for 2 mins Enjoy with ur fav chutney or Sambar For recipe video click below
