'This Video shows the unboxing of Shaun T\'s Cize Workout DVD by BeachBody. In the package included sample shakeology packets, vitamins, literature, and 3 workout DVDs. I anticipate that these movies will be fun and won\'t feel like a workout. I am very excited to start the workout so that I can began my process of shredding for my upcoming wedding.
