My goal is NOT to lose weight. I want to become stronger and healthier without starving myself or working out too much. There are 3 basic rules for getting abs, and they are 1. Eat healthy 2. Workout consistently 3. Don’t drink alcohol I decided to do #1 and #2, not #3. Let\'s see how this turns out. I am not using any special equipment, and the only ones I use are 1. A 5 year old yoga mat (so old but the one I use is the best) 2. Vintage dumbbells I bought years ago (1, 2, and 3 kgs) 3. Super crappy resistance band 4. Ankle weights (rarely use them) All of which I already bought long ago.
