
Abs workout Tamil In this video, I explain about different ab exercises that I do on a regular basis for building sexy abs. Exercise routine: Day 1: Floor crunches + Seated leg tucks (10-20 reps in each exercise) Weighted crunches 10-15 reps Plank (30 secs - 1min) 3- 4 sets Day 2: Crunches + leg raises (10-20 reps in each exercise) Weighted crunches 10-15 reps Plank (30 secs - 1min) 3- 4 sets Day 3: Ball crunches + hanging leg raises (10-20 reps in each exercise) Weighted crunches 10-15 reps Plank (30 secs - 1min) 3- 4 sets If you are a complete beginner you don't have to do superset. But make sure you do all the exercises separately and complete the whole routine. As you progress increase the number of reps and gradually move on to supersets.
