Hello everyone, I hope you're all safe and well!  In today's video, YOU can join me in a 10 MINUTE WEIGHTED ABS WORKOUT!   The exercises are all tougher variations, but you shouldn't be phased by them as you'll only have to do 12 reps for all the exercises bar one, for a maximum of three sets. Nevertheless, I strongly encourage those who are willing to go above and beyond the rep and set range, to do so; as this would be a great way to challenge yourself!  If you attempted or completed the workout, well done! I'm extremely proud of you all! Even if you struggled to finish the full workout, please don't feel disheartened because at least you gave it a go!
