As Allina Health makes a move to centralize it's customer service, it proves to be a boon for Coon Rapids. The health care company built out a new 58,000 square foot space in the city for its new Customer Experience Center. In addition to creating hundreds of new jobs, Allina says it will improve services for customers. The new call center, which will open on Tuesday, is expected to field eight million phone calls and 400,000 online appointments a year.
