Today, I shared with you one of my favorite dinners, Rice chicken,and vegetables ( any preferred vegetables of you choice is encouraged)This RECIPE is SUPER easy and Quick to make.. you need to prep your vegetables and any choice of protein and will be on your t way to enjoy very simple but yet delicious and HEALTHY. INGREDIENTS LIST FOR SAUCE USED - 1 teasp. of oil -3 cloves of garlic ( minced) -1tsp of Gochujang -2tbsp of ketchup -2tbsp of soy sauce -1tsp of rice vinegar / (apple cider vinegar -2tbsp of honey or brown sugar (maple syrup or Agave syrup) -1/2 tsp of sesame oil (optional) -2rbsp of water WITH YOUR PAN ON THE STOVE ADJUST FLAME TO MEDIUM LOW. ADD OIL THEN THE MINCED GARLIC FOR LESS THAN A MINUTE. KEEP STIRRING CONSTANTLY AND THEN COMBINE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS. ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR 3 TO 4MINUTES AND YOUR SAUCE IS DONE!
