'Join me on the mat for a full body Pilates workout that will get your entire body moving. Pilates for strength, Pilates for flexibility, Pilates for core strength, Pilates for connection, Pilates for YOU!, this Pilates class has it all.   This is a great total body Pilates class and you will feel the benefits of Pilates after this class. This is an intermediate pilates workout but taught so that someone who has only done beginner Pilates will feel comfortable taking the class.  We will throw in some twists on classic Pilates exercises making this a fun Contemporary Pilates Workout. Like most of the classes on this channel, you can do this Pilates workout at home with no equipment.  Tone your body, calm your mind and lift your spirit in this 30 minute Pilates routine.
