'A 1000 jumps everyday is definitely a challenge and I\'m extremely proud of myself for persevering for an entire MONTH (31 days to be exact)!  As you can see in the results it made me much stronger and it helped me boost my mood daily. Doing this challenge can sometimes be a struggle but it brings you so many benefits while being super affordable!!!
