Battling the Opioid Epidemic in Alabama

In 2019, faculty members from the Harrison School of Pharmacy established the Opioid Training Institute. Funded by the Alabama Department of Mental Health, the OTI educated more than 1,000 Alabamaians on the rising epidemic and how to battle it in their communities.
