You should easily burn above 500 calories in this one, but do note that is a general guesstimate as everyone burns calories at a different rate based on multiple factors.  This workout is repetition based so not time based. It's 2,000 reps across leg exercises, abs exercises, arms exercises etc. There is no jumping involved and it's moderate in intensity.
