'Choose your own exercise for each set. there are 4 sets and you repeat each exercise 4 times per set. Work for 20 secondsrest for 10. There are 20 seconds rest in between each set.   Good for: - PE - Family work out - Quick lunch time work out - Kids and adults - Making you tired...'
