But in reality it also having some disadvantages. It slows down our working speed & disturbs us. Hence we cannot concentrate properly on the important works & stress increases. So do single work at a time. * Take a slow & deep breath:- Stay at comfortable place then take slow & deep breathing which restrict depression up to certain level. Deep breathing provides enough amount of oxygen to our brain & body. Also helps in calm down of body. If you daily do deep breathing for 20-30 menthe you never suffers from stress. It boost up our mind power & we get strength to fight against depression. * Get advice from a psychologist:- If all the remedies not works then take help of mental health professional. There are various treatments are available for the depression.
