She works as a model, IFBB Athlete, gym trainer, and online entrepreneur.  Due to her responsibilities, Megane’s schedule can get very hectic at times. However, she always finds time to train. Megane’s motto is; no matter what obstacle life throws at her, she’ll find a way around it.  This mindset has led Megane to achieve small, but constant victories in the field of fitness. Megane says there were many times where she didn’t feel like going to the gym. But she went regardless if she was motivated or not.  This, Megane believes, is what separates those who succeed in fitness from those that fail.  Workout Philosophy Megane’s workouts last anywhere between 20-90 minutes. This mainly depends on how busy her schedule gets. In an ideal scenario, Megane will have time to do both cardio and strength training in one gym session. She starts with cardio to warm-up and then switches over to weights to train her muscles.  Although she prefers high reps, Megane isn’t afraid to go heavy in the gym. In fact, she’ll often throw in workouts where she does squats on a barbell loaded with weights, doing only a couple of intense reps.  Megane also enjoys doing other intense exercises such as the overhead press, pull-ups, and even sprints on some occasions. Megane believes that sprints are a great HIIT exercise which sends her heart rate ‘through the roof’, which in turn helps her burn a lot of calories.
