'The fit young woman was attempting to do a workout in her local park. The toned young woman, who was wearing tiny shorts, trainers and a tight top, with her long hair tied up in a ponytail, was using the swing to exercise. At first she jumped through the swinging swing, which looked rather impressive. She then dropped down onto her front and lets the swing go back and forth over her head. However, it soon began to go all wrong. The young woman leaped back up and attempted to jump through the swing again - but it painfully hit her shins as she did not jump high enough.'
