So Greetings and Chhers from TVG (The Vagabond Guy) In August, I had visited the BARBEQUE NATION outlet at New Town City Centre II to experience the live grill, which was the first time for me. And boy was I impressed!! But this time, I decided to try a different outlet. And after a few discussions, we decided to settle for the Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road outlet. To start with, the safety protocols were properly followed, and there were no questions regarding the same. The table and sofas were sanitized right in front of us, and the thermal scanning of all guests was strictly followed at the entrance. But one thing that I was a bit skeptical about was the reintroduction of self-service at the buffet. On the New Town Branch, we had to order the main courses from the registered mobile, and the staffs would cater the same to us on the table. But here, the diners had to serve their own foods from the buffet counter, which might raise a few eyebrows regarding safety. But when it comes to the food, it becomes kinda impossible to justify the variety of foods on offer. No matter how hard one tries, but any praises for the craftmanship of Barbeque Nation is bound to be an understatement. And combining the hospitality that the staffs and Manager are expected to show, it becomes a day to savior for most of the guests. Now one is bound to be spoiled for choices, as you would be getting more than 50 dishes to relish. And it becomes practically impossible to showcase and try all of the delicacies, especially when you are tempted to gorge on the unlimited Kebabs.
