'Freshen it up with these awesome glute exercises! These babes are awesome! Thanks so much to my clients Molly, Alex, Whitney and Caroline for demoing for this Gym Quickie! You ladies rock :)  1a: Cable Bridge Glute Extension - 10-15 reps, use 17.5# if possible 1b: Lateral Band Walks with Star Jumps - 5 walks each side + 5 jumps each side for 6 total reps 2a: Bench Step Over to Curtsy Squats - 10 reps each side (15# weights) 2b: TRX Kettlebell Split Squat - 10 reps each side - 20# or more weight  Repeat each circuit 3 times for a killer booty burn.'
