'2015 - Fortis Fitness I started training at Fortis in 2013 at its old Carlaw location. Our old gym just closed down and we had to find a convenient location where we could train our clients. Luckily enough, Fortis Fitness just opened south of where our old gym was. Fortis has grown a lot since those days and has now moved to a bigger facility closer to Lakeshore.
