My most requested video is my workout routine so I broke it down for you guys here. I used to not be active at all and was super unhappy with myself and my body. My energy levels were super low and it was hard to stay motivated. After coming up with this 12,3,30 treadmill routine and sticking to it, my life completely changed. I now look forward to being active and making better choices with my meals. I’m NOT a calorie counter or a dieter and I believe in doing as I wish I moderation to stay happy and healthy.
