'An easy-peasy breakfast, that you will fall in love with!  Our pancakes are loaded with oats, blueberries and banana flavour. These moist, fluffy and healthy pancakes are naturally gluten free, high in fibre and contain no flour or added sugar. Preparation time: 10 minutes  Cooking time: 5 minutes  Servings: 10 portions  Ingredients: 1. Roasted rolled oats          1+1/2 cup 2. Bananas                             2 nos. 3. Flax egg or eggs               2 nos. 4. Vanilla essence                 1 tsp 5. Milk                                     3/4 cup 6. Cinnamon powder            1/2 tsp 7. Handful of fresh/dried blueberries 8. Butter for cooking             2 tsp  Note: • Flax egg (Egg substitute): In a bowl, add 1 tbsp of powdered flax seed in 3 tbsp water and leave it aside for 5 minutes.   Method: • In a bowl, mash bananas and set it aside. • Dry roast the oats on a non-stick pan and finely blend roasted oats to powder in a blender. • In a separate bowl, add powdered oats and mashed bananas and whisk well. • Gradually add milk and keep whisking. • Then, add flax eggs or eggs and whisk again. • Add vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, fresh or dried blueberries and combine everything together. • Heat a dollop of butter on a non-stick pan and then pour small round portions of batter on it. • Once bubbles are formed on the top, flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on underside. If you find that pancakes are browning too quickly then you need to lower the heat. • Once cooked, stack the pancakes on a serving plate. • Top it up with your favourite toppings and serve immediately.  Love for pancakes, easy to make and healthy to eat.
