I toast them in butter for added flavor and \'easy digestion\' in ghee or you can choose extra virgin coconut oil before soaking or cooking. Cook them in a bigger batch so you can save up for 3-4 days in the fridge without losing on its nutrition and flavors. Then comes the plating part which honestly takes one minute! Steps for plating - 1. Take some cooked steel cut oats in a bowl 2. Add milk of your choice \'dairy or non-dairy\' is your call 3. Top with fruits as this is your vitamin boost to your oats.
