'Hello friends, today I am on day 13 of the Daniel Fast, and feeling great! I wanted to share what I ate today, and the benefits of cacao powder. I used it in my breakfast bowl along with peanut butter and cinnamon. I’m also trying a recipe I found on another channel called “ Food Impromtu”. We loved it, and I will continue to experiment with it until I have it perfected. PB CACAO OATS FRUIT BOWL- Prepare old fashioned oats for two servings While it’s cooking add 1 tbs all natural peanut butter 1 tbs cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Almond milk to desired creaminess Top with fruit and nuts of your choice. PB CARROT CAKE BREAKFAST BAR RECIPE LINK- https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=337zadhNgOY VEGETABLE PATTIES- 2 medium zucchini grated 1 medium carrot grated 1 medium potato grated Place in colander on top a bowl, Add 1 tsp salt and set aside. After it has released its water, press out as much remaining water as you can. Place in bowl, then add- 1 small onion chopped 1/2 cup chopped parsley or cilantro ( I used cilantro) In separate bowl mix dry ing 1/2 cup almond flour ( I added another 1/2 cup) 1/4 cup nutritional yeast ( I added 1/2 cup more) 2 tbs chia seed, or flax seed. 1/2 tsp cumin ( I added 1 full tsp ) 1/2 tsp garlic powder ( I added 1 tsp) 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper ( I added 1 tsp) 1 tsp salt Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes then flip patties over.
