'This is a 20 min beginners Tabata Workout. This Hiit Workout ( High Intensity Interval Training ) has 30 sec intervals and focuses mostly on the upper body- but also includes dumbbell dead-lifts. This workout is a beginners workout routine that you can follow along with to get into great shape. Arms are concentrated more in this workout, but also includes a leg workout to burn more calories and make losing weight (burning fat) more effective. This 20 minute workout (with 2 light dumbbell & 2 heavier dumbbells) will be timed intervals like Tabata classes use. 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off: This is a beginners Crossfit workout. This is a quick hiit workout for beginners! Participants are led through this exercise video and learn the exercises (quickly) in the beginning demonstration. This workout (follow along) is a full body workout and includes all muscles and requires minimal equipment- a pair of dumbbells and a chair/bench. Make sure to use dumbbells appropriate to your ability. Start light! The first exercise is easy, but when they are put together this workout becomes intense. Take breaks as needed, but 30 second breaks are given every 30 seconds.'
