'So glad you joined us on this lesson option.  This is a lesson on the CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE Component of the 5 Components of fitness.  This lesson is going to start us out with cardio workout information to help in the beginning process of creating a workout program specially designed for YOU!  INSTRCUTIONS:   Watch this video.  While you watch the video, you will need the Test -n- Tune Step One worksheet for CARDIOENDURANCE.  Fill this out as the lesson progresses.
