Stand with your feet beneath your shoulders.  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing each other.   3. Step back with one foot and bend your front knee.  4. Rotate your torso across your front leg.  5. Pause. 6. Return to your starting position. 7. Repeat on the other side.
