When I was younger, I wanted to be the one white girl in the Flye Girls back in the day when \"Jenni from block\" was just a Flye Girl!!!  I took the choreo from her video and modified it into what you see here.  I asked them to \'dress the part\' like J.Lo and her dancers do in the video...and of course OUR MEN had to TAKE THEIR SHIRTS OFF!!!!!!  WOOHOO!!  This is MORE DANCE than my usual songs for my Hip Hop class/Dance Fitness class, but I\'m SO IMPRESSED and PROUD at the same time of how AWESOME my class peeps did with this choreo!!  I would say 85% have NO DANCE BACKGROUND!!!!  This just shows you that ANYONE can do this!!!  All it takes is getting up off the couch, pressing play and moving!!!  Much love to you all!!!
