'Healthy Dragonfruit Smoothie Breakfast Bowl | Menu Sarapan Sehat dan Mudah'

'Hello! ♡  This is a fun little video of an easy, healthy and refreshing breakfast recipe, perfect for when the weather\'s hot ~   It\'s super healthy and suitable for diet, you just need to freeze the fruits and blend them in the morning if you feel like eating a breakfast bowl. I used a combination of dragon fruit, mango and banana. The mango sweetens the mixture naturally, so no artificial sugar is needed!   ➤ Dragon Fruit Smoothie Breakfast Bowl (1 bowl) 120gr dragon fruit, frozen 70gr mango, frozen 60g banana, frozen 1 tsp yoghurt 2 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened (you can use any kind of milk) ½ tbsp lime juice (optional, but it adds a slight tanginess which gives a refreshing taste)  Topping: Chocolate granola, almond slices, chia seeds  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Halo semuanya! ♡  Kali ini aku buat video resep sarapan pagi yang super mudah dan juga sehat, cocok banget buat kalo lagi panas, karena bikin seger! ~  Resep ini cocok buat yang lagi diet, cuma perlu bekuin buah di freezer dan tinggal blender aja di pagi hari. Disini aku pakai campuran buah naga, mangga dan pisang. Buah mangga nambahin manis secara natural, jadi rasanya gak terlalu tawar, jadi gak perlu pakai tambahan gula lagi!  ➤ Menu Sarapan Sehat Buah Naga (1 mangkuk) 120gr buah naga, beku 70gr mangga, beku 60g pisang, beku 1 tsp yoghurt 2 tbsp susu almond tawar (bisa pakai susu apa saja; sapi, keledai, dll). ½ tbsp jeruk nipis peras (opsional, tapi menambahkan sedikit rasa asam yang menyegarkan)  Topping sesuai selera, disini aku pakai: Chocolate granola, potongan kacang almond, chia seeds  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Thankyou for watching!
