'Extraordinary People - Mini-Documentary on Muscular Dystrophy Take a look into the life of Sarah Goldsack, the founder of Paracise™, she has created a low-impact exercise class designed as an entry point to fitness for everyone. As a full-time fitness instructor for over 25 years, Sarah has always lead a healthy and active life but after being diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy in 2014 her life changed dramatically. Instead of letting the disease ruin her life she decided to set-up Paracise™ to help others benefit from an exercise programme that is effective, accessible, affordable and enjoyable. Paracise™ is ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It may be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc. Paracise™ follows the same formula so wherever you attend a class you can be confident it will be low impact, low intensity and have no floor work.Best Wishes How Paracise™ is helping those in isolation stay fit & well as we fight against Coronavirus? Since the outbreak of Coronavirus in March 2020 in the UK, many of us have been in \'Lockdown\' in our own homes. Paracise™ offers gentle but effective functional exercise to maintain and improve our physical and mental well-being.
