If you don\'t own dumbbells or kettlebells, this at home full-body workout is perfect for you.   This workout is considered metabolic resistance training or MRT. Metabolic resistance training combines some of the best strength training exercises and puts them into a circuit workout with little rest. This type of workout gives you the benefits of strength training and muscle building and is a metabolic booster workout with cardio. This workout is in the form of a pyramid workout. Pyramid workout routines use levels, changing the reps, and ramping up the workout as you progress through each level.  Resistance Band Workout for Weight Loss: (3:49) Band Squats - 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 reps (4:57) Band Shoulder Press - 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 reps (5:55) Band Deadlift Row - 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 reps (6:58) Pushups (no bands) - 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 reps (8:04) RKC Plank (no bands) - 10 seconds  This workout can be done in under 30 minutes. You start at level 1, meaning you do 1 rep of each exercise, finishing with a 10-second RKC plank. Next, you will do level 2, which means you do 2 reps of each exercise, finishing with a 10-second RKC plank again. Work your way up to level 7, doing 7 reps of each exercise, then work your way back down to level 1 to complete the workout.
